These terms govern access to and use of the Obdal platform, including the web app, API, and chat widgets.
By accessing or using Obdal (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Examples of prohibited activity include:
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or configure in the Service, such as prompts, documents, FAQs, and chat messages ("User Content"). You grant Obdal a license to host, store, process, and transmit User Content only as needed to provide and improve the Service.
The Service generates responses using AI models. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and you must not use the Service for high-risk decisions where errors could cause harm.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge fees and applicable taxes. Subscription terms, usage limits, and overage rules are described in the Service and may change over time.
The Service relies on third-party providers for AI processing, payment handling, and infrastructure. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we must do so to comply with legal obligations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBDAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
