Is there a really free AI chatbot plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get a chatbot widget trained on your own documents with a monthly conversation allowance, so you can prove the value before paying anything.
How does conversation-based pricing work?
You pay per conversation, not per message. A conversation is one visitor chat session, however many messages it takes. Quiet months cost you less, and you can see your usage in the dashboard at any time.
Do paid plans have a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We email you before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically, and if you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept all major cards through Stripe. Shopify merchants can pay directly through Shopify billing instead, so everything shows up on the invoice they already have.
